Join our ongoing friend group/ community where we meet weekly and explore the relationship between Five Elements Theory, Somatic Embodiment Code and Acupressure/Points Theory. Learn your Human Design and others, explore Chinese face mapping /reading for yourself and others. Allow for the space and spark of meaningful conversation and personal integration to flow.

Think, ‘Book Club’ going to the next level! We practice on the roof over looking the ocean at sunset. Acupuncture, herbs, red light therapy are also a staple of our gatherings.

Embark on a transformative five-week program designed to deepen your understanding of the SEC principles. Through a blend of theoretical insights and practical exercises, you will explore the interplay between the five elements, yin and yang dynamics, and various somatic practices to cultivate holistic well-being. Each session includes a discussion segment followed by a hands-on practice, all conducted live via Zoom.
