What is it?

A weekly cohort meeting at Jenn’s home, dedicated to exploring the healing arts of somatic embodiment, community, acupuncture, and herbs.

What You’ll Receive

A safe space, community support, attentive listening, and somatic practices and tools to integrate all the pieces of you and remember who you are. 

How does it work?

Each session begins with an herbal introduction and an overview of the evening’s theme. This is followed by conscious conversation, sharing, and witnessing within the cohort. We then transition to somatic practices to solidify the evening’s wisdom, concluding with acupuncture, meditation, and reflections.

Investment

10 hrs + $333
